It's 3:00 AM! Do you know where The Dark Ranger is? Let's see if we can figure it out... As the camera pulls back from an 80x zoom shot of a large American Flag 12 miles away we see that he's near a mountain top looking down on the lights of 1,000,000 people. And yet from this vantage point, he can still see a sky full of stars. How is this possible you ask? "A strong lighting ordinance!" he answers.
